Before I created the Mujerón Movement, I had just lost the opportunity of my life. I was unexpectedly laid off from my dream job, and I had no idea what was next for me.
After participating in Univision's Nuestra Belleza Latina, I thought I would land a TV job. Instead, I was left with no real opportunity and many self-doubts.
I created the Mujerón shirt but had no clarity on what I would do with it, and I just knew that I could turn it into something special deep down in my heart.
For those who don't know, the word MUJERÓN was used by another NBL contestant to describe my "fuller figure" during my first participation. It haunted me for years. After auditioning again, I decided to make a shirt to represent a younger Sonia. A Sonia who was emotionally broken yet unwilling to let herself be held down by another's idea of what a REAL WOMAN is.
Since starting Mujerón Movement and deciding to go all-in on myself, I have been able to host countless workshops involving self-development, money mindset, confidence, and much more.
Today, I live my true purpose by helping women like YOU get out of their own way. Together, we remove self-limiting beliefs, radiate confidence, gain clarity within your vision, and build your own communities of impactful MUJERÓNES.
