I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of my non-refundable ticket purchase below:

 

I understand that by registering for and attending the Mujerón Movement 2022 event (the “Event”) hosted by Mujerón Movement LLC (“Mujerón Movement”), I am agreeing to all of the terms of this Participant Publicity Waiver and Release (this “Agreement”).

 

I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally agree for myself, my personal representatives, my heirs, next-of-kin, insurers, successors, and assigns, as follows:

 

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

 

I expressly grant my permission to be photographed, audiotaped or videotaped at Mujerón Movement events and for said photographs, video or audio content to be used by the Mujerón Movement team as it deems fit. I understand that the Mujerón Movement event shall own all intellectual property rights, if any, arising in connection therewith, and I further agree and acknowledge that I shall not receive (or be entitled to receive) any compensation from the Mujerón Movement event for any such usage.

 

EVENT CANCELLATION

 

Mujerón Movement LLC reserves the right to cancel the conference at any time and for any reason. The Mujerón Movement LLC nor any of it's members shall not be liable to individuals or entities for any travel costs, including, but not limited to, nonrefundable airline tickets.

 

Everyone who pays for travel and lodging expenses does so at their own risk. The amount of liability of the Mujerón Movement event is limited to a return of the attendance/registration fee.

 

PAYMENT

 

Conference participation requires payment. Registration received without payment will not be processed.

 

Registrants may pay by credit/debit card. Absolutely no refunds will be made. Paid registrations may be transferred to another party by emailing [email protected] with the name and email of the person you wish to transfer the ticket to. The deadline to request ticket transfers is September 12th, 2022.

 

DISCLAIMERS

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mujerón Movement expressly disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by you or others in connection with this Event, including without limitation any liability for any accidents, delays, injuries, harm, loss, damage, death, lost profits, personal or business interruptions, misapplication of information, physical or mental disease, condition or issue, physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual injury or harm, loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, wasted time and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however and whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable. Mujerón Movement, and the speakers, exhibitors or sponsors are not medical, legal, financial or other professionals, or if they are, during the terms of this Event and related material(s), they are not offering our professional services and you expressly agree they are not acting in any professional capacity, including medical, legal, financial or otherwise during the term of this Event. This Event is for educational and entertainment purposes only. None of this Event or its related material(s) should be construed as medical, legal, financial advice.

Mujerón Movement reserve the right to substitute any scheduled speaker or session; however, it will attempt to obtain a speaker of similar quality in case of an emergency or cancellation. Mujerón Movement and the Mujerón Movement event has no duty of due diligence with respect to speakers, exhibitors or sponsors. 

 

The Mujerón Movement event makes no endorsements of any presentation or product. The views, opinions, and presentations of any speakers, exhibitors or sponsors are their own and may not reflect those of Mujerón Movement.

 

I understand that neither Mujerón Movement LLC, the Mujerón Movement event, nor its volunteers or event attendees are responsible for the safety or maintenance of the facilities where the conference is being held.

 

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY 

 

I fully and forever release and discharge Mujerón Movement its affiliates, successors, assigns, agents, consultants, representatives, volunteers, and licensees, the venue, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors and all others involved in this Event from any and all injuries (including death), losses, damages, claims (including negligence claims), demands, lawsuits, expenses, and any other liability of any kind, of or to me, my property, or any other person, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with my participation in this Event, whether such claims arise from negligence, breach of any duty imposed by law, mistake or error in judgment, or from any other cause, and whether such claims are known or unknown, or suspected or unsuspected (all such claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages and causes of action are referred to collectively herein as the “Released Claims”) 

 

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

 

By registering for and attending this Event, you assume all the risk of participation in this Event, as well as any subsequent actions you choose to take as a result of the influence, information or educational materials provided to you by Mujerón Movement and any speakers, exhibitors or sponsors. I understand I am solely responsible for my personal safety and the protection of my personal property at the Event.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

 

Mujerón Movement its affiliates, successors, assigns, agents, consultants, representatives, volunteers, and licensees, the venue, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors and all others involved in this Event, shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use of data or other intangible losses, resulting from or incurred in connection with this Event . We do not assume liability for any third-party conduct, accidents, delays, harm or other detrimental or negative outcomes as a result of your participation in this Event and use of the related material(s).

 

INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS

 

You agree at all times to indemnify, hold harmless and reimburse Mujerón Movement its affiliates, successors, assigns, agents, consultants, representatives, volunteers, and licensees, the venue, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors and all others involved in this Event, from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to this Event. 

 

SEVERABILITY

 

If any term or provision of this Agreement is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.

 

GOVERNING LAW

 

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement or actions taking place during this Event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Arizona or any other jurisdiction).

 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

 

I have read this Agreement in full and understand its terms, including that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that by registering for this Event and attending I voluntarily agree to these terms and the unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
